Mission

To be recognized as a trusted association in working for the moral, physcial, intellectual and general welfare of Deaf persons and in fostering and maintaining the spirit of friendship and common understanding amoung themselves

Vision

1. To Develop a national program for the prevention, recongnition and management of hearing impairement.
2. To provide for the medical, social educational and vocational rehabilitation of Deaf persons 
3. To provide other voluntary organizations concerned with Deaf persons with a central body which can work closely with the government in the deafness disability prevention and rehabilitation of Deaf person
4. To join in the worldwide campaign to guarantee to those who are Deaf and hard of hearing the dignity and the rights which are their heritage. 
5. To protect the dignity and the right of Deaf persons to particapate in community life, to secure the proper education, to engage in productive work and to seek redress against abuse, exploitation and degrading treatment.  
6. To mantain theservices, facilities and activities required to give Deaf persons a chance to realize their aspirations.
7. To retain the volunteer and professional workers needed to plan and carry out programs and projects for Deaf persons.
8. To remove the attitudinal and environmental barriers which poseserious problems  to the growth and develpment of Deaf persons.
